VIP Luxury Villas was built by Jenny Kono and Sasha Capone over more than 15 years of managing Oahu's most exceptional private estates and residences. Together they have grown the team into one of the island's most trusted luxury rental operations, with a portfolio spanning Oahu, California, and other mainland markets, and a combined asset value over $300 million.

Jenny is one of Hawaii's most recognized authorities in luxury rental management. Over the course of her career she has managed properties for celebrities, dignitaries, billionaires, and royal families, while also playing an active role in shaping the framework for legal and responsible short-term and mid-term rentals in Hawaii. With a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, she brings a deep understanding of real estate markets and asset management to every client relationship. Outside of work, Jenny is a Hawaii Amateur State Surfing Champion, an Oahu Champion canoe paddler who has steered her crew to an undefeated season and through the Molokai Channel in the Na Wahine O Ke Kai race, and an avid snowboarder.

Sasha, a Kahala native and Summa Cum Laude graduate who ranked among the Top Ten students in her graduating class, oversees client relationships, accounting management, marketing, and expansion logistics across the team's growing portfolio; the operational backbone that keeps a portfolio of this scale running with consistency and precision. Her upbringing, traveling between Hawaii and the East Coast and across many countries, gave her a broad cultural fluency that serves the team's international clientele well. Outside of work, Sasha enjoys traveling, biking, painting, and exploring new luxury destinations.

Rounding out the core team is Grant Newcombe. Raised in Huntington Beach and Newport Beach alongside his father, a major infill developer in the Los Angeles area, Grant learned construction, investment analysis, and rental management firsthand. After interning at Ocean Development & Ocean Properties, one of LA's largest residential infill and property management firms, he attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa as a student-athlete, earned a B.A. in Economics in 2020, and obtained his Hawaii Real Estate License. A dual citizen of Sweden and the US, Grant brings a multicultural perspective and a genuine commitment to sustainability and community care to every property he manages.
