Victoria Leadley-Williams

Victoria Leadley-Williams grew up in Chicago with Midwestern values that have guided everything she's done since: hard work, loyalty, and a genuine commitment to going the extra mile. Before graduating from the University of Illinois, she created and participated in the school's first out-of-state internship program, spending time at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort in Kaanapali and learning the hotel business from the inside out. After graduation, she moved to Malibu and helped open the Loews Hotel in Santa Monica as chief concierge, an experience that taught her to personalize every client interaction and find creative solutions to complex situations.

From there, Victoria entered real estate, earning her license and working with a top commercial developer on the leasing and sales of shopping centers. Inspired by the investors she worked alongside, she began flipping homes herself while still in her 20s, then shifted her focus to residential sales. She later transitioned into medical sales, where she identified a niche in the orthopedic field, held the top salesperson position for ten years, and created an entirely new market arena for her company.

That success brought her back to real estate investing, and eventually to Hawaii. After spending time on Kauai, she chose the Big Island as home and built her forever house there. Today, Victoria manages luxury vacation rental properties along the Kohala Coast with the same attention to detail and warmth she has brought to every role. She treats every home she manages as her own, and ensures every guest experience is seamless.

Beyond work, Victoria is deeply committed to wildlife conservation, with a particular passion for elephant protection through her involvement with African conservation efforts. She is also an avid photographer, hiker, snorkeler, and tennis and golf player.
