Leading day-to-day operations as General Manager is Joe Eads, a BYU–Hawaii graduate with a degree in accounting and a background in public accounting, real estate, and the ownership and operation of multiple short-term vacation rentals in Mākaha Valley, Oʻahu. Joe spent five years leading audits for major real estate companies, developing expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational analysis. As a vacation rental owner himself, he also understands firsthand the concerns homeowners face—from protecting their property and controlling expenses to maintaining strong communication and achieving dependable rental performance. Today, that combined professional and personal experience informs Ola’s approach to every property: transparent communication, careful stewardship, and a data-informed focus on rental performance and long-term owner value.
