Natalie Kekahuna and Jean Sumait have spent their careers managing properties on Oahu's North Shore with a level of dedication, local knowledge, and personal care that sets them apart from anyone else in the market. Both born and raised on the North Shore, they share a genuine connection to the land, the community, and the properties they look after.

Jean's career in property management and the hotel industry spans decades, beginning in 1991. In 2007 she joined Villa Management to oversee the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay Resort, a role that gave her deep expertise in condo management, long and short-term rentals, and the specific operational demands of resort property management. When Villa Management was acquired by Gather in 2018, Jean brought that wealth of institutional knowledge with her. Her focus is on ensuring that maintenance and operations across the portfolio run smoothly, and she has worked with Natalie to build streamlined processes that guarantee consistent, top-tier care for every property they manage.

Natalie's path into property management began in 2000 with Century 21, followed by a role at Colliers International where she managed an extensive portfolio of commercial properties: office buildings, shopping centers, and retail spaces in the heart of Waikiki. In 2014 she joined the Villa Management team and found her true calling in vacation rentals. Natalie is a passionate advocate for her homeowners, dedicated to understanding each owner's vision, protecting their rights, and ensuring every property operates legally and to its fullest potential. Outside of work, she finds balance cooking and enjoying long family meals, caring for her cats, dogs, and farm animals, and focusing on self-improvement.

Together, Natalie and Jean bring more than 40 combined years of experience, an intimate knowledge of every property in their portfolio, and a shared standard of exceptional service that their homeowners and guests have come to trust and rely on.
