North Shore Hawaii Vacations is a team of on-island Hawaii Real Estate Licensed property managers: a focused, full-service team committed to caring for properties on one of the world's most iconic stretches of coastline.
Jennifer Williams grew up in Honolulu and earned her degree in Elementary Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa before finding her calling in vacation rental management on the North Shore. Her background in education sharpened the communication and organizational skills she brings to every owner and guest relationship: patient, clear, and genuinely invested in getting things right.
Michele Harris came to property management through firsthand experience as a property owner herself, giving her an instinctive understanding of what homeowners need and expect. Known for her positive attitude, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to effectively bring people together, Michele takes genuine pride in doing the job well. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, hiking, yoga, and time with her dog Kona.
Supporting the team are Emerie Beck as Team Assistant, Linda Hanneman as Property Assistant, and Christina Gipple handling Quality Control, together ensuring every property and every stay is held to a consistent, high standard.

It’s an attractive home with beautiful landscaping overlooking the ocean. Our family celebrated Christmas there and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. Hale Mahina is furnished with everything you will need—from a beautifully equipped kitchen to everything you could want for days at the beach, including a cart and kids toys. A huge great room makes it perfect for a large group. The home was spotlessly clean and the property manager responded immediately to any questions we had. We couldn’t recommend this house highly enough.
