LXRE is a boutique luxury real estate and vacation rental management firm specializing in furnished estates, luxury condominiums, and resort-permitted residences across Oʻahu and the Hawaiian Islands. LXRE HI is led by Felipe Barreneche Gonzalez. Born in Medellín, Colombia and raised in Miami, Felipe developed an early appreciation for residential real estate through his family’s involvement in home development and sales. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Hawaiʻi Pacific University, he spent nearly a decade building businesses while expanding his expertise in hospitality, construction, operations, project management, and luxury real estate. Today, he brings that multidisciplinary experience to every home under his care, balancing operational excellence with long-term asset preservation.

Outside of work, Felipe spends much of his time surfing, downwind foiling, and exploring Hawaiʻi’s coastline. Drawn to pursuits that demand preparation, discipline, and respect for the environment, he believes the same principles apply to luxury estate management: anticipate challenges, remain adaptable, and never stop improving.
