With a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and a minor in Accounting from Cal State San Bernardino, and more than fifteen years in the business sector, Katrina Galvan identified property management as the ideal way to put her financial expertise and love of people to work. Her move to Honolulu was always part of the plan, and building a career managing exceptional homes here has been the realization of it.

Katrina's approach is meticulous and personal. She maintains deep market knowledge, tailors her management solutions to each homeowner's specific needs, and holds every property to a high standard of cleanliness and care. Her guests feel it from the moment they arrive.

Erick Galvan grew up in Southern California with Honolulu always in mind as home. His fifteen-plus years in the service industry sharpened an instinct for attentive, efficient care, and an attention to detail that keeps every property he manages in excellent condition. For Erick, a well-maintained home isn't just a professional standard; it's a point of pride.

Together, Katrina and Erick bring a range of expertise that spans vacation rental management, long-term rentals, and luxury estate management. They share a commitment to their clients, a passion for the island life they've chosen, and a genuine enjoyment of the work, which shows in everything they do.

When they're not working, both Katrina and Erick can be found outdoors paddling, hiking, at the beach or at the gym, and they're both avid moviegoers.
