Claudia Evenschor brings more than two decades of customer service and property management experience to her work as a luxury property manager on Oahu. Since moving to Hawaii in 1994, she has spent her career building deep expertise in the island's most exclusive neighborhoods: Kailua, Lanikai, Diamond Head, and Kahala.

Claudia Evenschor's path to luxury property management spans continents and careers. Originally from Aachen, Germany, she trained as a dental assistant before moving into the sales department at Takeda Pharma GmbH, where she provided extensive customer service to regional managers across all states of Germany. That background - precise, service-oriented, and detail-driven - laid the foundation for everything that followed.
In 1994, Claudia moved to Oahu and found her calling. Working with locals, visitors, and international clients alike, she developed a deep love for the Hawaiian Islands and a natural talent for hospitality. That passion led her to Trinity Properties, LLC, where over 17 years she rose to Director of the Luxury Estate Management Division, significantly expanding the company's portfolio of luxury beachfront estates in Kailua, Lanikai, Diamond Head, and Kahala. The depth of knowledge she built there about Hawaiian culture, the luxury vacation market, and the specific demands of managing high-value beachfront properties, is the backbone of her practice today.
Claudia joined Gather in 2018, bringing with her a client philosophy grounded in her core values: spirituality, respect, gratitude, integrity, honesty, accountability, reliability, and responsibility. For her owners, that translates into complete peace of mind. Every property she manages is treated with the same care and personal investment she would give her own home.
When she's not working, Claudia enjoys power walking, reading, studying, and spending time with her two children, Anna and Nicholas.
