With nearly 30 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Charles brings a lifetime of customer-focused service to every property he manages. Having grown up on Florida’s Space Coast, where tourism has long been a cornerstone of the local economy, he developed an early appreciation for creating exceptional guest experiences. After relocating to Maui, Charles spent five years with one of the island’s premier hotel brands before transitioning into vacation rental property management in 2018.
Charles manages a curated portfolio of vacation rental properties across Maui, and his reputation is built on the kind of proactive, responsive service that guests remember and owners rely on. When an issue arises, he's already on it. When a guest has a question, he has an answer.
When he's not working, you'll find him outdoors or in the ocean with his wife and three daughters, living the Maui life he helps his guests discover.
