Bryan Patterson's path to property management is anything but ordinary. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis from Cal State Long Beach, launching his real estate career through an internship at Doma Properties. In 2012, he relocated to Kauai to be closer to family, taking on a Director of Operations role at Crane Eye Care while simultaneously earning his MBA from the University of Hawaii. That combination of formal education and hands-on operational leadership gave Bryan a perspective that sets him apart in this industry.
An entrepreneur at heart, Bryan has built a successful online retail business and provided consulting services to companies across the state. When he found his way to property management, he brought all of it with him: the business acumen, the systems thinking, the commitment to relationships, and the drive to build something exceptional.
At Gather, Bryan leads a team of experts focused on Kauai's South Shore vacation rental market. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, deep market knowledge, and an unwavering dedication to the people he serves, both the homeowners who trust him with their remarkable properties and the guests who enjoy them.
When he's not working, Bryan can be found on the lush hillside of Omao, raising animals, surfing, golfing, and disappearing into remote corners of the world on hiking and backpacking adventures with his family.

And the beach supplies provided- the list goes on. I would definitely recommend staying here. We can't wait to bring our family back!

The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable with lovely linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, glassware, and everything we could possibly need. The entire home was immaculately clean. The backyard is peaceful and spacious. I cannot recommend this property enough!
