Christmas & New Year’s Availability

Picture it: everyone arrives, the kids claim their room, the grandparents settle into the suite with the view, and the kitchen has space for three generations of cooks. Most importantly, there’s no house to scrub before guests arrive and no cleanup marathon after they leave. Instead, there’s morning swims, long lunches in the sun, and exploring the magnificent local scenery. Every Gather home is cared for by a local property manager who prepares the house before you arrive and stays close throughout your visit, so this holiday, you can stay focused on the people you came with. Our most exceptional homes are reserved months in advance for Christmas and New Year’s, and the ones in this collection won’t stay open long. Choose your dates and reserve your holiday home today!
