- Description of property is accurate. We enjoyed the private pool and the landscaping of the property. However, we discovered upon check-in that the two larger beach chairs (Tommy Bahamas) were unusable. We went out and bought 2 replacement chairs from Target. Additionally, the mattress on the queen bed was unbearable for both of us, past its replacement date in our opinion. Due to this, we left 3 days early, staying only 3 out of 6 nights. We told the property manager about the mattress and beach chairs after we left. It would have appreciated if we had been compensated somehow for our unpleasant experience, even if it was just for the chairs. But, nothing was offered to us.
- First off, the location was amazing and the accommodation was very nice; a good stay overall. We really enjoyed our stay here, in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach. Parking was easy. We'd probably stay here again, but a few things felt a bit off: Communication felt very corporate, and they tried to get me off platform as much as possible, onto some AI system. They asked for a ton of extra information after booking that felt unnecessary and a bit invasive. The one time we planned to come back to the house to enjoy the property, there was a whole team weed wacking half the day. I get that they need to maintain the property, but we paid for an extra day we didn't use, and they could have at least let us know when that was scheduled, or scheduled it for the day they knew we wouldn't be there. The washing machine had a ton of mold in it, such that we didn't feel comfortable using it. Finally, light sleepers beware: the bed was a bit bouncy. A little uncomfortable for 2.Oliver Stewart
