          • Blue Water met our desire for a resort-like home that was serene and peaceful. The home is extraordinary with ample privacy, and sits directly on the ocean with a sunset backdrop. The pool was perfect with towels and floats. Spacious indoor and outdoor living areas open into each other through floor-to-ceiling tri-fold glass doors. One surprise: the (3) private guest suites are only accessible from outside the main living space, which complemented three couples or a large family. There is AC in each suite although not the kitchen or indoor living space. The kitchen and surrounding gathering bar/counter were spacious for meal prep and celebration. The home showed signs of wear, yet overall we will keep this property on our return-to-paradise list. Everyday needs are a short walk away, or a quick drive. Pro Tip: when accessing the security gate, ask for a printout of the QR code to avoid searching your phone during each entry of your glorious vacation.

          • The house was very accommodating. It features an open air main floor housing the kitchen, dining, and living room. With the large openings, we stayed cool and comfortable. A first floor bathroom was available. The house held many pool toys and beach toys in the main floor closet. The first level bedroom was accommodating and its were the elderly couple that joined us stayed. A/C worked great in all the rooms. The laundry on the main floor was a great feature. The second floor had two suites. First suite was comfortable and had its own bathroom. The second suite (second floor) was massive with two additional bedrooms. It had the best view from the balcony and held a family of 5 with ease.The house was clean and well stocked. The view of the rocks and ocean were breathtaking from the main floor and second. Third floor bedrooms had a beautiful 360 view and it was an awesome place to watch the fireworks. The pool was saltwater and temperature was perfect. While we didn’t use the hot tub much, it worked well and was accommodating. The property had plenty of space for our party of 9. The host answered questions in a timely manner. Make sure to walk to the seawall to the baby beach if you stay here. We did have the luxury of exploring the tide pools in front of the property before the tide was high. We discovered many life forms! Including crabs, snails, eels, and much more. The chefs kitchen was well stocked with appliances and we cooked many meals while on the island
