A separate dining room keeps dinner distinct from the conversation and circulation of the main sitting area. The result is a layout that works well for groups, whether everyone is together or spread across the villa. A dedicated studio adds another kind of room to the plan. Use it as a quiet place for work, creativity, or a little distance from the main living spaces. ## Kitchen & Outdoor Living The fully equipped kitchen is arranged for the practical rhythm of a longer stay, with kitchen basics provided and a dining area close by. A BBQ extends the meal outdoors, where the terrace opens toward the golf-course view. The private pool brings a clear Caribbean pause to the villa. Beside it, the heated jacuzzi offers a warmer place to settle in after golf, beach time, or exploring La Romana. Guests also receive access to the services of Central Romana Medical Center. ## Nearby Minitas Beach is a 5-minute golf cart drive from the villa, placing the coast within easy reach while Casa Patio remains oriented toward the country club fairways. Shops and restaurants are listed among the nearby amenities, and the surrounding setting supports days built around golf, tennis, watersports, fishing, and the beach.
